When you type in a keyword into Answer The Public, suggestions of phrases and questions being used around your keyword are provided to you or free.

From this information, I can go further on my research by combining such a tool with a tool like Ubersuggest to learn it’s Search Volume, SEO Difficulty, CPC, and Paid Difficulty.

Focusing on search queries that have their overall monthly search on the rise is a good tactic for gaining traffic.
And, avoiding search queries that are gradually losing their search volume in the search results.

You can also sort the topics further by their categories.
It’s almost similar to Google trends. The only difference with Google trends is that Google trends source its data straight from Google.
If you intend to rank higher on search results for long-tail keywords, this is a tool you should be using.
It can be used to find potential long-tail keywords while at the same time giving you reports on backlinks and Search Engine Ranking Position (SERPS).
They also have a ranking tracker that can be used to follow up on ranking progress based on a single metric.
Ahrefs is among the best SEO and keyword research tool you will find out there.
It’s highly recommended by most SEO professionals for its audit feature. With this feature, you can pinpoint the problems present on your website. Rectifying these problems is like clearing your path to higher rankings.
With Ahrefs, you can also check for backlinks on your competitors’ website.
Backlinks information is crucial. You can use it to beat your competitor in terms of better rankings when used in the right manner.
There are many SEO tools out there, you will have to choose a few as per your goal/s.
But, SEO tools are only there to help you ease your work. They are not magical features to shoot your ranking to the top.
Most of the work is left to you, fine-tuning your site to stand out being among the best in your niche if not the best is left all to you.
